I love this class! I wasn’t crazy about a 5:45 am workout, but I always leave the class full of energy and ready for the rest of the day. It’s challenging, but not too tough. Valerie pushes each individual according to their individual fitness level, and makes the class fun through a variety of drills. ~ Heather
Valerie’s boot camp has been great for me and has made me stronger, thinner, and perhaps even a bit taller (she really works on those posture muscles). Valerie brings a lot to the experience. She’s really smart about how the body works and pays close attention to your movements to make adjustments and provide suggestions to correct any issues. She also works well with any fitness level. Some in our group are really fit and participate in competitive events. Others (like me) have never really had much of an exercise routine at all. Valerie modulates the exercises so everyone has a challenging but good workout. She is supportive but pushes your envelope when it needs to be pushed. She also begins and ends exactly on time. I also enjoy doing the warm-up stretches and exercises in the early morning quiet and observing the sky as it changes from dusky dawn to sunrise. It’s really beautiful. ~ Chris
