You have NEVER tried to sell me on more than I wanted or needed. You could have tried schedule me for weekly sessions or more but didn’t. That meant a lot to me. It means that seeing a client succeed is more important than making a client pay for more than they needed.

When I started working with Valerie I had muscle weakness and tendonitis in multiple locations and a history of ready injuries. As she worked with me we learned how much weight my body could handle. She has always seemed to have no end of alternative exercises and if one was too much stress she always knew some others that had a similar result. Most importantly she is able to detect the little ways I hold myself incorrectly—when I do exercises as well as when I just stand—that have lead to a number of my issues. By getting stronger and through her constant reminding I am learning to carry my body in space differently with less pain throughout the day.
