Power Hour Shake for Busy Moms

I'm always on the run, especially during the school week.  It can be tough to eat something healthy but here's a tip when you don't have time to eat - drink your breakfast!  So the next time you're on the go, try my morning power shake; it travels well and taste great! Power Hour Shake

3/4 cup of Almond milk

1/4 cup of organic strawberries

2 Tbsp of plain Greek yogurt

1 scoop of whey protein powder

1 Tbsp ground flaxseed (optional)

Pinch of Stevia

Ice cubes

Place contents in blender and mix thoroughly.  Pour into a shaker bottle and you're all set.  Enjoy!
