If you want a program that helps you meet your fitness goals without spending hours in the gym, I'll give you that too. Before we start, I take into account your exercise history, previous injuries, and overall goals to design the program that fits you best. My customized approach is what I find works with all my clients, no cookie-cutter approach here. I explain the why behind the what in order for you to get the most out of your sessions with me and know how to exercise on your own with the right form.
